Attorney Josef Kurlinkus concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal representation, traffic & DUI law, and small business formation and representation. He currently serves as Village Attorney for the Village of Roscoe, Illinois and as general counsel for Roscoe Township. Additionally, he serves as the administrative hearing judge for the Village of Machesney Park.  Mr. Kurlinkus has previously represented the Village of Rockton, Illinois and the City of Loves Park, Illinois.

In addition to his municipal clients, Mr. Kurlinkus represents a wide range of closely held corporations, in a wide range of areas, including maintenance of corporate book, contract negotiation and drafting, real estate transactions, asset protection, and succession planning.

biography:

Mr. Kurlinkus is a member of the Hononegah High School Class of 1999, and a 2003 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he majored in Political Science. In 2007, he received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Kurlinkus is a member of the, Illinois State Bar Association, the Winnebago County Bar Association, the Illinois Municipal League, and the Illinois Township Attorneys Association.
